Came here to celebrate me and my husbands 25th birthdays in Colorado with some friends and this was the perfect place. Coordinating a big group of people for a week trip is pretty stressful but having so many amenities and things to do for everyone helped made my trip so peaceful. Just some specific things that made our life so much easier: -the kitchen full of every utensil, pans and everything we needed down the the specific seasoning. (We cooked everyday) -the hosts responding as soon as we sent a message no matter the time. -as a pretty active group having multiple options of activities to do RIGHT by the house was so convenient. -There was however a maintenance issue with the AC upon arrival which as a group of Texans looking to get away from the heat we were pretty distraught, but Devin sent over some more fans and some popsicles to try to accommodate as best as possible. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this stay for anyone coming to Colorado!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is really nice being able to park in a covered garage. The ski lockers are a definite plus and easy to access. Devin's place is really well done. Everything is updated and it was very clean. The location is wonderful as well. Devin was very responsive. I would definitely rent from him again!

My family visited Devin’s condo in late February and had an excellent stay. It was conveniently located in Frisco which made it accessible to Copper Mountain for snowboarding. My toddler travelled with us and we were able to easily travel to Breckenridge, the public library and activities in Silverthorne. The house itself was great with excellent community space but when we went to our rooms it was extremely private which was great for kiddos that have earlier bed times.

We had a nice time on our weekend ski with our little puppy. It was a great location and the place was as described. Devin was very responsive to our questions and made our stay especially smooth. Would recommend!

Devin’s place was absolutely incredible! A fantastic view of Palmer lake and easy access to trails. With the hot tub, cold plunge and Sauna, you have everything you need for a 5 star stay. These were incredible hosts, and responded within minutes. Planning on staying there in the future!

Absolutely amazing property, everything was brand new, so much space and light. You’ll be a fool not to book this place if it’s available. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub after skiing. The host was one of the best one I’ve communicated with, very responsive and nice and they left us some local muffins. Will definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Frisco! It was the perfect home base for our group of friends on a ski getaway. The location is incredibly convenient – just a short drive to multiple world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and more), and downtown Frisco with its charming restaurants and shops is minutes away. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking group meals, and the common spaces were ideal for hanging out together after a day on the slopes. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions.

Great stay! You can pretty much walk to the main lifts at Keystone and avoid the highway if you want to get to Breck. The studio is clean and perfect for a quick get away.

Great location close enough to breck and keystone. Walkable to main st Frisco which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The Airbnb was just as described, would stay there again. Also very kid friendly.
