It's perfect for Zoom calls, catching up on emails, or planning your next Colorado adventure. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ While the interior has all the cozy vibes, the outdoor space is your spot to soak in the Colorado sun or sip something warm on a crisp evening. 🌳 Fenced backyard with a patio area 🌤 Plenty of space for kids to play or adults to unwind 🚗 Driveway + street parking available Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, and both upstairs and downstairs living areas. You’re welcome to make yourself at home; cook meals, relax on the patio, enjoy family movie nights, or set up at the work-from-home station. The fenced backyard is also yours to enjoy, along with family-friendly amenities like the high chair, Pack ’n Play, toys, and baby gear. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. We want you to feel completely at ease, this is your home away from home! Other things to note ➡️ No smoking allowed in the home. ➡️ Guests must sign a Guest Agreement, provide a valid photo id, and be at least 25-years-old to book. ➡️ For mutual protection and to ensure a smooth check-in, guests are required to complete a Guest Verification after booking. ➡️ No parties. While we understand that guests will gather for celebration amongst their group, no parties or outside guests are allowed. ➡️ For guest safety and security, security cameras have been installed in exterior entryways. ➡️ We offer a robust starter pack of essentials like toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, etc, but do not replenish them during your stay. 🛡️ We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather (especially if traveling during hurricane season). We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $4 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
