Came here to celebrate me and my husbands 25th birthdays in Colorado with some friends and this was the perfect place. Coordinating a big group of people for a week trip is pretty stressful but having so many amenities and things to do for everyone helped made my trip so peaceful.
Just some specific things that made our life so much easier:
-the kitchen full of every utensil, pans and everything we needed down the the specific seasoning. (We cooked everyday)
-the hosts responding as soon as we sent a message no matter the time.
-as a pretty active group having multiple options of activities to do RIGHT by the house was so convenient.
-There was however a maintenance issue with the AC upon arrival which as a group of Texans looking to get away from the heat we were pretty distraught, but Devin sent over some more fans and some popsicles to try to accommodate as best as possible.
Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this stay for anyone coming to Colorado!

Devin’s place was absolutely incredible! A fantastic view of Palmer lake and easy access to trails. With the hot tub, cold plunge and Sauna, you have everything you need for a 5 star stay.
These were incredible hosts, and responded within minutes. Planning on staying there in the future!

Absolutely amazing property, everything was brand new, so much space and light. You’ll be a fool not to book this place if it’s available. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub after skiing. The host was one of the best one I’ve communicated with, very responsive and nice and they left us some local muffins. Will definitely recommend!
